- Radiological report , to be completed by any radiologist consequent to a chest x-ray
- Medical Certificate, to be completed by any medical practitioner consequent to a basic medical examination
- Police clearance certificate(s) from every country that the candidate has resided for 12 or more consecutive months since his/her 18th birthday
- Certified documentation confirming marital status (this can be in the form of a marriage/ death certificate or a divorce decree)
- Written consent of both parents for minors
- Certificate of Evaluation, proving that the candidate’s qualifications have been evaluated by The South African Qualifications Authority
- Payment of the applicable fees
- VFS Appointment Letter
In addition to the above there will be some additional requirements specific to the category that the applicant will be applying in.
